Banging Berry Blast:

This is one of the tastiest hits of vitamin C you are going to find in juice form. Made from mainly sweet tasting berries it does have a little tang from the raspberries. There is plenty of dietary fiber available from this juice so keeping a fair amount of the pulp in is advised. Also, because these are generally soft fruits the juice yield can be a little low so it pays to keep some of the crushed flesh.

1 1/2 cups of strawberries
1 1/2 cups of blueberries
1 cup of raspberries
1 apple


  1. Wash all of the fruit and remove the leaves from the top of the strawberries and the stalk from the apple.
  2. The blueberries and raspberries can probably be left whole but if the strawberries are large you may need to chop them up a little. It will be necessary to cut up the apple to a suitable size for your juicer.
  3. Juice all of the fruit together and serve over ice.
