Beet Your Hair Loss with Juice

While there is no proof that it will definitely stop hair loss or help to grow new hair, many individuals across the country have begun touting the benefits of juicing for helping with hair loss. This is not a sure thing, but juicing can help to replace many essential nutrients that are often missing from people’s diets. This can help to prevent or treat a score of conditions and illnesses. Hair loss that is a result of vitamin deficiencies may be stopped by eliminating those vitamin deficiencies.

While recipes to prevent or stop hair loss vary widely, nearly all of the recipes that are being praised for helping with hair loss include beets. Beets contain carbohydrates, protein, calcium, phosphorus, protein, vitamin B, and vitamin C, all of which promote healthy blood circulation in the scalp. This in turn can promote healthy hair growth. In addition to the possible protection against hair loss, beets also help to prevent dry skin on the scalp, thicken hair, and maximize the shine in hair. Beets are also beneficial to the skin, and may have some effectiveness in preventing and fighting certain cancers. Beets are also sweet and will help make nearly any juice more palatable.
