Berry Sunrise

Summary
This is a juice that you can have a little fun with and make look cool. Packed with Vitamin C, K and dietary fiber it is a tasty drink that is low in cholesterol, sodium and saturated fats. Just as with all high vitamin C juices this is great for boosting the immune system and the vitamin K is beneficial for those who may have blood clotting problems. This juice also has a good hit of potassium, which helps neutralize sodium in the body and combat high blood pressure issues.
Ingredients
1 cup of red grapes
1 cup of strawberries
1 medium-sized orange 

Instructions 

  1. Wash and cut up the strawberries and grapes ready for juicing.
  2. Peel the orange and try to keep on as much of the white pith as you can before cutting the flesh into suitable size chunks.
  3. You can now either juice all the fruit together or get a little artistic. By juicing the grapes and strawberries first you will get a deep red juice. Then if you clean your juicer and then process the orange you can pour the orange juice on top of the berry juice to get a two-layered sunrise effect. Tasty, healthy and beautiful to look at.
