Summary
Here’s a little riddle for you: What contains four times the vitamin C of an orange, twice the potassium of a banana, and double the antioxidant power found in blueberries? When juiced, they provide a sweet flavor that finishes with a satisfying bit of tartness. All added up, this makes them a no-brainer for inclusion in your juicing regimen. Below you’ll find a suggested recipe for a black currant-centric juice. But the truly great thing about these berries is that they can be incorporated into a wide variety of juice cocktails. Throw some into your freezer to have them available for use in smoothies too!
