Ingredients

  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 5 stalks Celery
  • 1 bunch Broccoli
  • 4 Carrots
  • ½ inch piece of Ginger root

Directions

  • Rinse all produce thoroughly
  • Remove cores from tomatoes and any blemishes from vegetables
  • Juice all produce through a centrifugal or masticating juicer except one celery stalk
  • Pour into a glass, add ice if desired, and garnish with remaining celery stalk
