Cabbage and Tomato Juice with Red Peppers

The ingredients in this juice recipe are ideal for weight loss and increasing your general health. It is packed full of many essential vitamins and minerals and thanks to the red pepper and tomatoes it is also a sweet tasting juice. It is especially rich in vitamins A, C and K and offers a decent amount of dietary fiber on top of that. ¬†This juice also features anti-inflammatory aspects thanks to the parsley and red pepper. 


  • 1 red pepper
  • 3 1/2 ounces of white cabbage
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley finely chopped


  1. Chop up your red pepper, making sure to remove the seeds and white membrane from the inside.
  2. Cut the tomato up into smaller pieces that will fit well into your juicer.
  3. Shred and wash the white cabbage.
  4. Pass the tomato, red pepper and white cabbage through your juicer and then add the finely chopped parsley directly to the juice. This particular recipe is best served rustic but you can strain out the pulp if you wish.
