Cantaloupe Berry Elixir

Today’s juice is a delicious sweet concoction inspired by the warm weather outside. Due to the sweetness of its melon and berry content, this juice is best enjoyed over ice. Drinking a juice with ice can be good for a number of reasons. For one thing, it’ll slow your consumption. And slower consumption can serve two beneficial purposes: you’ll probably enjoy the juice more, as you savor every sip.   • 1 Cantaloupe
  • 1 Cup of blueberries
  • Cinnamon to taste


  • Cut and core cantaloupe
  • Wash berries
  • Juice all ingredients, pour over ice and enjoy!
