Carrot-Ginger Juice Recipe

Though carrots and ginger seem to have little in common, combined they make a great tasting juice that is also high in nutrients and vitamins. Ingredients 

  • 3 carrots
  • 1/4 inch of ginger
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions 

  1. Wash and cut up the carrots and ginger. Core the apple but don’t peel it.
  2. The skin contains lots of fiber and anti-oxidents. Add a touch of lime juice and serve with a few ice cubes.
