Perhaps best of all, celery is cheap and requires almost zero preparation prior to juicing. All you need to do is give it a rinse and then toss it into the juicer, no trimming or peeling necessary.

  • 2 Cups of spinach, packed
  • 5 Stalks of celery
  • 1 Medium cucumber
  • 1 Quarter lemon


  • Rinse all ingredients
  • Juice it all up
  • Pour over ice
