This juice combines the tart bitterness of cranberries and cherries with the sweetness of kiwi and the earthiness of strawberries to bring a well rounded and pleasant flavor. This juice can also be layered to keep that festive touch. This recipe will make about 40 ounces of juice, so it is good for sharing.The nutritional benefits of this strawberry kiwi concoction are many. All of the fruits are very high in vitamin C, so the immune boost is definitely welcome to keep you well through the holidays. Cherries and cranberries both have anti-inflammatory properties, which are great for helping you to recover after a workout or strenuous exercise. While the gyms will be closed today, this juice may help you to avoid soreness after shoveling or using newly given exercise equipment. Cranberries are a Christmas staple, and they are also a powerful antioxidant. This can help with flushing out the system and detoxifying after the Christmas parties of the season. Ingredients

  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 1 lb cherries, pitted
  • ½ lb cranberries
  • 8 kiwis

Directions

  • Wash all produce thoroughly
  • Juice strawberries, cherries, and cranberries on low speed, preferably with a slow juicers to derive the maximum amount of juice
  • Rinse all juicer parts to remove red color
  • Juice kiwis
  • Carefully layer the red and green juices with spoons in large festive glasses
  • Enjoy!
