Equipment Is Key for a Committed Juicerhead

Should I really have to say it? Equipment is key when you are embarking on a daily make-at-home juice diet. You will not get anywhere with a weak juicer because unless it can get every little drop of that nutritious juice from your produce you’re missing out. As a bare minimum rule of thumb you are going to want a juicer with a 450-Watt motor or better. Power is important when it comes to squeezing and crushing the juice out of the fruits and veggies.
You also need to consider how user friendly your juicer is. Let’s be honest, if you have to go through a laborious process to clean your juicer every single time you use it, it’s not going to be long before you get annoyed. A key element to sticking to a juice diet is ease so you are going to need a juicer that is easy to clean. This may mean compromise because some juicers that make great juice can be stinkers to clean. On the other hand simplistic, easy clean equipment may produce weak, watery juices so do your homework to find the right piece of equipment for you. I would also advise you to check reviews and talk to fellow juicers about their experiences with certain brands and models.
