Fast Energy Exercise Juice

Summary
energy-exercise-juiceAs we’ve mentioned before, juicing serves as a great component to build into a healthy lifestyle. Specifically, drinking juice can be a great pre-exercise tradition or post-exercise reward. Today we’re having a look at a juice recipe aimed at the former – before you exercise, it’s important that your body is properly hydrated and prepped with quickly accessed and expended nutrients. This recipe is equipped with ingredients that boast high levels of natural sugars. Natural sugars break down slower in the body than artificial sweeteners, they can also be burned easily by the body in times of need.

Although this juice recipe may bit on the sweet side for everyday usage, it’s well suited for drinking before workouts. This is because you’ll be likely to burn all the sugars included before they get a chance to turn into fat. The hydrating effect of the watermelon, combined with the electrolyte potential of oranges, makes this recipe a great substitute for syrupy commercial sports drinks. And it tastes way better too! Since this recipe produces quite a bit of juice, it’s best to plan to share this juice with a couple of fellow exercises. So impress your Saturday morning jogging group and give this recipe a whirl.
