Fortify Yourself With a Spinach and Carrot Juice Drink

Carrots bring all important vitamin C and a level of sweetness to the drink, while spirulina (dried seaweed) brings a boost of vitamin K.
Ingredients 

  • 8 ounces of spinach
  • 8 ounces of carrot
  • 1 tablespoon of spirulina
  • 1 ounce of parsley
Instructions 

  1. Peel and chop the carrots into sizes suitable for your juicer.
  2. Wash and chop the spinach into smaller pieces.
  3. Finely chop the parsley.
  4. Juice the spinach, parsley and carrot and add the dried spirulina directly to the drink. Stir it well and allow a couple of minutes for the juice to rehydrate the spirulina.
