Lean Green Sweetie


This juice is a nice, sweet way to get in your greens for the day. There is no need to suffer through bowls of spinach or broccoli (if you don’t like them) when you can juice your greens and get everything in with one powerful shot that tastes delicious. Green grapes and green apples keep this juice sweet while allowing it to retain its signature green-ness. Cucumbers add plenty of hydrating water and a neutral earthy flavor, while kale packs the biggest nutritional punch and makes the juice thick and filling.

Kale is packed with vitamin K, vitamin A, and vitamin C. The antioxidant properties of kale are believed to help reverse signs of aging and prevent certain types of cancers from forming in the body.   • 6 pieces of kale
  • ½ cup green grapes
  • 2 Granny Smith apples
  • 1 cucumber


  • Wash all produce thoroughly, allowing kale to soak to release built up dirt
  • Core apples and cut to fit in juicer
  • Remove grapes from vine
  • Cut cucumber as needed to fit in juicer
  • Juice apples and cucumber, followed by grapes and kale
  • Mix well
  • Drink immediately for best flavor and highest nutritional value
