Nature’s Candy Juice

The majority of figs are dried, and if you can’t get your hands on the fresh ones, these can be substituted in the juice. Figs are a good source of potassium, dietary fiber, calcium, manganese, and vitamin B6. Including figs and other fruits and vegetables with these healing nutrients will help to regulate blood sugar levels, cardiovascular health, digestive health, and can lower the risk of breast cancer and eye diseases.   • 2 Cups of fresh figs
  • 2 Sweet apples, such as fuji
  • 1 Peach
  • 1 Cups of red grapes


  • Wash all produce thoroughly
  • Chop apples to fit in juicer if necessary
  • Remove peach pit
  • Remove stems from figs
  • Juice all fruit
  • Enjoy!
