Pineapple Paradise Blend

This sweet and delicious smoothie-style juice packs many of your favorite fruits into one tasty beverage. While all of the fruits that are used are very healthy, if you have any problem with regulating your sugar your may want to cut this one with water or only drink a small glass. All of the sugars in this juice are natural, so it will not cause weight gain the same way that artificial or highly refined sugars will, but it may cause a spike in blood sugar levels for a short period of time. This can be a good thing if you are trying to start your day or get over the middle-of-the-afternoon hump, so those are the ideal times to drink this juice. This is one that kids and adults can enjoy alike. By adding the use of the blender, the juice is thicker and will also help give you the feeling like you had dessert, so it can be a healthy way to sate a sweet tooth. The additional fiber will help keep you full longer, and the copious amounts of vitamin C, E, and A will be sure to boost your immunity.


  • ½ pineapple
  • 4 apples
  • 1 mango
  • 2 kiwi
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries


  • Rinse all produce thoroughly
  • Peel mango and kiwi fruit
  • Remove tops from strawberries
  • Cut pineapple and apple pieces to fit in juicer
  • Juice apples and pineapple
  • Put all other fruit into a blender, with the extracted juice
  • Pour into a fun glass and serve!
