Red Razzle Dazzle Delight

Summaryred-razzle-dazzle-delight This juice is purely sweet and tasty. While the fruit contained therein are bursting with antioxidants, vitamin C, and other vitamins, this juice is also high in sugar. Strawberries do help to regulate blood sugar, but diabetics and those with conditions that alter the body’s natural ability to process sugar may wish to be careful with this juice. Since the flavor of this juice is sweet goodness, this juice is still very tasty when diluted, and can be served over crushed ice for a lovely sno-cone style treat during the hot weather. The ice will help to dilute some of the sugars from the fruit, while adding a cool refreshing touch. This juice is also on the pricey side, so serving over a large cup of crushed ice with help you to get more bang for your buck, while enjoying these fruits in a new and fun way.

  • 2 cups red grapes
  • 2 apples
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 2 cups strawberries

  • Rinse all produce thoroughly
  • Remove grapes for vine and rinse again to remove debris
  • Core apples and remove seeds
  • Remove stems from strawberries
  • These fruits will yield the most juice when put through a slow-press juicer as opposed to a centrifugal juicer. For a more economical process with a centrifugal juicer, remove all inedible parts from the fruit and use the pulp for baking or other uses
  • After juice has been made, crush ice using a blender or professional ice machine
  • Heap ice in a cup and then slowly pour the juice over the ice so that the ice can absorb the flavors
  • Enjoy with a spoon
