Refreshing Carrot and Apple Juice

Packed full of vitamins A and B6, this juice recipe is also rich in dietary fiber. Sweet tasting thanks to the carrots and apple, this recipe also has a small amount of natural sodium as well as a hit of vitamin C and potassium. In terms of taste the sweetness is offset slightly by the acidity of lemon and with the added cucumber this recipe produces a tasty refreshing drink. This is a vitamin rich addition to any juicer diet. 




  • 4 carrots
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/4 of a cucumber

  1. Peel and chop your four carrots into small chunks suitable for your juicing machine. Meanwhile, wash your celery stick thoroughly and chop that into smaller pieces as well. You can remove the tops and bottoms of both the carrot and celery.
  2. Remove the core from your apple, peel it and slice it into smaller pieces. Also cut your half a lemon and quarter of a cucumber into small pieces, leaving the peels on these.
  3. Finally, once you have all your ingredients cut into the ideal size for your juicer pass them all through. If you like your juice pulpy you can drink it straight away or alternatively pass it through a sieve for a thinner purely juice drink.
