Veggie juices can help start your day off right, giving you a nutritional kick that lasts all day. Getting into the habit of getting up and making a veggie juice right off the bat can help you to improve your daily nutrition, making it easy for you to get the right amount of fruits and veggies in everyday without having to go crazy eating tons of salad. Since juices are thick and hearty, starting off the day with a nice veggie juice can also help you reach your weight loss goals by keeping you full longer and helping you to avoid the temptation to eat a calorie-laden breakfast or lunch.
