Radishes also have a concentration of vitamin C, as well as B vitamins, magnesium, potassium, and manganese.Cucumbers are very hydrating, and also boast high quantities of the electrolytes potassium and magnesium. Cucumbers also contain at least five different kinds of B vitamins and can help give you an energy boost to start of power through the rest of the day. Tomatoes are a great source of lycopene, which has been associated with bone health. Tomatoes are also a great source of vitamin C, as well as a wealth of other nutrients, including protein.

  • 8 Radishes
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber

Directions

  • Wash all produce thoroughly
  • Remove tops from radishes and tomatoes
  • Juice all produce
  • These vegetables will juice easily through a centrifugal juicer or slow juicer. These items may also be blended to make a vegetable smoothie that is high in fiber
  • Adding a dash of sea salt and mixing well may make this juice slightly more flavorful and palatable, as well as adding a small amount of sodium, which is a valuable electrolyte
