Sweet Green Dream

This recipe will make acne and other skin conditions clear up in a hurry! Watercress has been renowned for its cancer-fighting abilities, as well as being a great source of vitamins A and C. The sweet watermelon will counteract the tart earthy flavors of the greens, and the lemon will add a little tang. Be sure to only use a small amount of the dandelion greens, as the flavor is very strong, but the benefits are just as strong. Packing a ton of calcium and iron, this is the power boost of the drink. If desired, add ½ the dandelion greens, then check the flavor before adding more. If you are not ready for the harsh flavor, this may give you at least some of the benefits, while not making the drink too strong flavored to stomach.

Juicing the watermelon rind is a great way to get the most out of your dollars, while adding a boost that you can get behind. The rind has vitamin B6 and vitamin C. The watermelon rind is very good for your skin, as well as your nervous and immune system. The rind will not add a strong flavor, either, but will help to neutralize the sweet and bitter flavors, the same way that the cucumber will.

  • ¼ cup of watercress
  • 7 stalks of dandelion greens
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 whole lemon, rind removed
  • ½ of a small watermelon (including rind)


  • Rinse all produce thoroughly
  • Juice the watercress and dandelion greens at a lower speed, if using a centrifugal juicer
  • Juice all other food at a higher speed
  • Bottoms up!
