Sweet Green Juice for Beginners

sweet-kale-juiceWhen first starting to juice, many people buy a bunch of super-healthy ingredients such as kale with the intention of getting home and starting a juice regimen that will provide maximum health benefits. While this is a noble crusade, it often falls short when beginners realize that the earthy tastes of many vegetables take some getting used to. When beginning, juicerheads may wish to combine strong flavored leafy greens such as kale with strong sweet flavored fruits and vegetables to mask the flavor.
Mixing and matching sweet fruits with earthy vegetables will help users gradually acquire a taste for the healthier ingredients. Simply juicing leafy vegetables may deter beginners from juicing altogether. Juicing should be progressive, however, with juicerheads continually trying new ingredients and striving towards healthier drinks. Over time, juicerheads will usually move away from the sweeter drinks as the palate changes.
