These fruits have also shown to help cleanse the body of free radicals. Mangoes also have a lot of copper, which helps the body to produce red blood cells. Strawberries help the body to reduce inflammation and can be beneficial in regulating blood sugar levels, which can keep the body balanced and able to fight off infections.

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Cup strawberries
  • ½ Lemon
  • 1 Peach

  • Rinse all produce thoroughly
  • Peel the mango and the lemon
  • Remove pit from peach
  • Remove tops from strawberries
  • Juice all produce
  • These ingredients juice best through a masticating juicer. The softness of the fruit may cause the fruits to clog the screen of a centrifugal juicer and may yield less juice. If desired, the ingredients may also be blended a drank as a smoothie
