Ingredients

  • 3 cups of watermelon
  • 2 cups of cantaloupe
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 1 inch piece of ginger

Directions

  • Rinse all produce thoroughly, especially outsides of melons. Melons carry a risk of salmonella, so skins should be washed prior to peeling to avoid contaminating fruit.
  • Peel cantaloupe and watermelon. Deseed cantaloupe with a spoon.
  • Cut melons into 2-inch pieces, or best size to fit in juicer.
  • Cut apple as necessary to fit in juicer and remove seeds.
  • Juice all produce.
  • Pour into a large glass and enjoy! Feel the stress melt away.
