Sweet Potato Banana Sunrise

This juice is tasty and thick, combining the mellow flavors of sweet potatoes, red peppers, and carrots with the sharp tang of tangerine and the wholesome sweetness of bananas. Great for starting out the morning, this juice will fill you up and start you off right with a generous helping of both fruits and vegetables. This recipe makes two 16-20 ounce glasses of juice, so share with a friend for a very productive day.

From this juice, you will get a megadose of vitamin A and potassium, as well as antioxidants. Since the bananas are blended, you also get a large dose of dietary fiber while sweetening up the drink enough to make it palatable for any juicerhead, from beginners to veterans to children. Manganese and vitamin C requirements are nearly filled with juice, and plenty of B vitamins are included. Combined, these fruits and vegetables can boost cardiovascular health, keeping circulation strong at this most important time of year. The vitamin C and B vitamins will also maintain immune system health, helping to avoid the prevalent colds and coughs.
