Taste of Autumn Fruit Juice

taste-of-autumnWith thanksgiving just days away, it can be hard to keep an eye on health. There is much to do and many family members may be coming into town or travel plans may be consuming lots of time. It is so important to consume healthy foods to stay healthy and illness-free through the stress of the holidays and beyond, though. Juicing can help to make health goals easier to accomplish, while providing a tasty treat that the whole family can enjoy. This delightful fruit juice compliments the themes of Thanksgiving and can be enjoyed by adults and children alike. Make enough so that everyone can have some, and pour it out in wine glasses with the meal for a fun and healthful juice drink.

Health Benefits

This juice is very good for bladder and liver health. Cranberries are low in calories and have high quantities of antioxidants. In addition to the commonly known benefits to urinary tract health, cranberries are also great for decreasing blood pressure, preventing many types of cancers, and improving immune functions. Apples can help with weight loss and can help lower cholesterol. Apples can also reduce the risks of heart complications and development of diabetes. Carrots can help to reduce the risks of cardiovascular disease, lower risks of cancer development, and may lower the risks of developing cataracts or glaucoma.
