Thanksgiving Energy Booster

This is an easy juice that can be made using just three ingredients, all of which are often found around the house at Thanksgiving time. Oranges, pears, and sweet potatoes combine to give this juice a mellow sweet taste that will help you to perk up and make it through the Thanksgiving Day preparations and festivities without the after-dinner snooze. For added fun, make plenty of juice for guests to sip on with dessert, and organize some games afterward! Infuse some activities and energy boosting juice into your celebration to make it one Thanksgiving that everyone will be thankful for the next day. The flavors mix so well, the children will be just as willing to try this as the adults! The color is festive and complimentary, and will provide a healthy alternative for guests young and old to sip on.In addition to the energy boost, this juice also boasts cancer fighting antioxidants, immune boosting nutrients, and anti-viral properties. To help ease your guests of that over-full feeling, this juice helps aid digestion. Just in case anyone went overboard with the gravy or butter, this juice will help to lower cholesterol and increase iron absorption, turning that customary lethargy into action.
