The Summer Refresher

On those hot summer days it is great to have a juice that is not just healthy but tasty and refreshing. This particular juice ticks all those boxes and it is ridiculously simple. Rich in Vitamins A, K and C as well as low in sodium and high in potassium this is a healthy little number. Apples make up the bulk of the flavor, while cucumber brings a lot of nutrients with a cooling refreshing sensation when you drink.

1/2 of a cucumber

  1. Wash and chop your ingredients, removing the stalk from the apple. You can either choose to remove the apple core or add it too the juicer.
  2. Simply juice the chopped apple and cucumber and serve chilled for the perfect hot day cooler.
