The Time to Drink Is When You Juice

If you really think about it this little tip makes perfect sense. When you make your juice, drink your juice. The nutrients from fruits and vegetables can degrade so quickly especially once you break it down into a juice drink. If you make a whole batch of a juice that will last a couple of days it will be considerably less nutritious come day three then it was right after juicing.
So the key is to make as much as you need at that time and drink it when you make it. Okay, I know sometimes you don’t have time to adhere to that so the next best thing you can do is make sure your storage container is suitable. You need an absolutely airtight container to minimize oxidization or ideally one of those clever little gadgets that removes all of the air from your container. Basically, do whatever you can to keep your juices as fresh as possible.
