The Virgin Bloody Mary Juice

This juice is the perfect morning after drink if you perhaps drank a little alcohol the night before. Packing vitamin C, K and A along with a host of good minerals from the tomato, this is a really tasty healthy treat. The Cucumber brings a freshness, while the celery ups the fiber and just for flavor we have sea salt and cayenne pepper. It ends up tasting like an alcohol-free bloody Mary so if you want you could always add a dash of Worcestershire sauce.

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sea salt
  • Sprinkle of cayenne pepper (spice it up more if you like)

  1. Chop up the tomatoes and set aside in a bowl.
  2. Wash the celery thoroughly and chop into smaller chunks.
  3. Cut up the cucumber into small pieces suitable for the juicer.
  4. Juice all of the vegetables together and serve the drink over ice using the salt and cayenne pepper as seasoning.
