Watercress and Carrot Juice for Weight Loss

This peppery, sweet tasting juice is packed full of all the good stuff you need for day to day life. Watercress is rich in B vitamins, various essential minerals and brings a tangy spicy taste to the juice. Carrots are great for vitamin C, dietary fiber and offer a mellowing sweetness to the heat of the watercress. Finally, celery brings a hint of saltiness with a boost of dietary fiber.
Ingredients 

  • 3 carrots
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 1 1/2 ounces of watercress
Instructions 

  1. Peel and chop the carrots into smaller manageable chunks.
  2. Thoroughly wash the celery sticks and chop them into smaller chunks ready for juicing.
  3. Wash and chop the watercress.
  4. Pass all of the ingredients through your juicer and serve over ice either with pulp in or strained through a sieve.
